When I give my credit card details,
is payment taken?
No, The CC details are needed
solely for security reasons.
If I want to cancel will
I be charged?
Our policy is that if you notify
us in good time, no less then 48hours
prior, you will not be charged.
What time is check in /
check out?
Check-in time is after 1pm and check-out
time is no later than 11am.
This is to allow the cleaners time
to do their job quickly and efficiently.
Is there an elevator /
lift?
Unfortunately the hotel does not
at the present time have a lift / elevator.
Can we leave our bags?
Prior to check-in and after check-out
bags can be safely left for several
hours.
How close is St Pancras
and the Eurostar?
We are less than 10 minutes walk
from St Pancras/King's Cross and
Euston stations and 5 minutes from
Russell Square underground which
is the Piccadilly line direct to
Heathrow.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
There is free WiFi that reaches
most rooms in the hotel.
Are the rooms smoking or
non-smoking?
Due to the new regulations in the
UK we are totally non-smoking
throughout the hotel.
Is the price per person
or per room?
All our rooms are priced per room
per night.
Does the Hotel provide
secure car parking?
There is a 24h car park beneath
the Holiday Inn, a short 5 minute
walk away.
Is there air-conditioning
in the rooms?
The Harlingford is over 200 years
old and is therefore a listed
building and the regulations prevent
us from installing air-conditioning.
