All our rooms are priced per room per night and the rate includes all taxes. Room tariffs are charged with breakfast or without breakfast.
No. The credit card details are needed solely for security and as a guarantee against any damage and/or misuse of the hotel property. Full payment is only taken on arrival.
Our policy is that once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed by the Harlingford Hotel, any changes, amendments or early cancellations CAN be charged a £20 administration fee. If you notify us at a point less than 72 hours prior to 14:00 (GMT) on the day of your arrival, there will be a charge equal to the full stay made to your account. Once a payment has been made, no refunds or future credited stays will be made if there is a late cancellation or a non-arrival, or an early termination of the stay.
Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is no later than 11:00. This is to allow housekeepers to do their job efficiently. A late check-out can be arranged at £10 per half hour or part thereof.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room between 07:30 and 09:30 daily. When booking please choose the option with or without breakfast.
Luggage can be left at the hotel for several hours on the day so please ask in the reception. For luggage needing to be stored for more than 12 hours and up to 7 days, there is a fee of £5 per room.
Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift/elevator and does not have a resident porter.

Due to the regulations in the UK, we are non-smoking throughout the hotel. In case of a breach of this rule, a £50.00 charge will be made to your account for fumigation and extra cleaning costs.
The Harlingford is over 200 years old and is therefore a listed building and the regulations prevent us from installing air-conditioning.

No, the hotel does not provide parking, however, there is a public car park beneath the Brunswick Centre close by with secure facilities and operating 24 hours a day. It is five minutes’ walk away.
King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston are no more than ten minutes’ walk away. Russell Square is five minutes’ walk away.
Any item of left property that requires forwarding by mail will incur a minimum charge of £10 plus postage and packaging.
Of course you can, but we do not provide adaptors, chargers or converters for electrical appliances (e.g. hair straighteners, computers, mobile phones).
There are four regular steps leading to the front of the building. We have no lift, however we have a selection of rooms on the ground floor. Please ask if they are available for the dates you require.
We have an ironing room with set board and iron for guests to use any time.
Yes, we do offer a wake up service. Just let reception know what time you would like us to wake you.
Unfortunately, there are no safes in the room, however, we have one at the reception. Guests are welcome to keep their valuables in there.
